"Gardenia" is a highly artistic work, primarily due to its narrative, as well as clear, sharp dialogue and seemingly simple language. This is a message addressed to today's reader, and then to the viewer - about the role of a woman, the challenges thrown at her by fate and self-knowledge.
Four women whose destinies are intertwined: all four are beautiful and anonymous (they are only “numbered”) and mentally, subconsciously and even unconsciously search for the image of their own family, revealing on the path of these searches the sensual world sleeping in them, the reflection of which the author of the work skillfully projected to everyday problems and desires. Hurricanes raging in the soul give rise to seemingly strange desires to drink something, draw something. Four women of different ages who are looking for themselves without even knowing it.
